Seeking an experienced part-time Payroll Analyst energized by unique workforce challenges. Evaluate and improve processes, finding innovative ways to motivate and reward clinicians. Work with Operations to implement pay adjustments while ensuring organizational compliance.

• Perform reconciliations and conduct account analysis.
• Prepare periodic reporting and SOX controls.
• Manage accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and expense analysis.

• Overseeing all accounting and financial reporting functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and insight.
• Building scalable systems, policies, and internal controls that support growth and audit readiness.
• Partnering with the CFO and VP of Finance & Accounting to be delivering transparent and actionable reporting.

Provide accounting and clerical assistance to the Finance department. Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings, and statements. Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, and emails, etc. Handle communications with other departments and vendors via slack, email, etc.
